To secure your spot, all payments must be processed directly through Melanin Money via the BOOK TRIP tab.

You’ll be directed to our travel agent's reservation page on WeTravel, where each guest must:

  1. Select their preferred room package.
  2. Submit a deposit to finalize their reservation.
  3. Create their own WeTravel account to keep track of your reservation.

* For Couples: Couples may book together using a shared WeTravel account to streamline the reservation process.

There are a few pricing options for this trip, based on room type and room occupancy: Double Occupancy and Single Occupancy. Please note that both options exclude the cost of flights.

The trip cost will be divided into three payments, and your spot is not secured until your deposit of $500 is made.

*Payment Structure: The timing and flexibility of payments may vary depending on when you reserve your room. Booking sooner provides more flexible payment options.

**Pricing Notice: Trip pricing is based on availability and may change if you delay securing your spot.

Yes, travelers can book a room through this website at the double occupancy rate or single occupancy rate. Prices are per person.

Of course you can bring a guest! You are welcome to bring either a business partner or your spouse/significant other for an additional fee.

If you will be staying in the same room, simply choose "double occupancy" when booking your room to secure an additional wristband for resort access.

If you are bringing a guest but would like separate rooms, simply place two separate bookings for the trip using the "single occupancy" option. Pricing is per person.

No. To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience, all guests must book their accommodations through our designated reservation page. Guests who book directly through the hotel website or any other platform will not be able to participate in MM Client activities. This policy allows us to:

  • Track registrations accurately.
  • Ensure all participants receive trip-related communications.
  • Confirm access to exclusive areas and events reserved for our group.

Additionally, all guests must stay onsite at the Live Aqua Beach Resort Punta Cana to attend MM Client activities. Guests who choose to stay at a different hotel in the area:

  • Will not have access to MM Client activities, as "day passes" will not be available.
  • Will be unable to access restricted resort areas where our activities are hosted.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines to help us create the best possible experience for all attendees.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. By making your reservation, you agree to the terms and policies. You must also sign the Terms and Conditions after checkout which states no refunds will be given under any circumstances.

Melanin Money does not offer travel insurance. However, it is strongly recommended. We encourage travelers to choose a reputable travel insurance agency of their choice. We suggest purchasing "Cancel For Any Reason" insurance within 14-21 days of your initial deposit. Any personal issues that arise that require you to inquire about coverage should be directed to your travel insurance company, not Melanin Money.

Yes travel to and from the airport is included. Keep in mind that the airport is approximately 45 minutes away from the resort. We recommend that you plan your travel arrangements accordingly.

Travelers should fly into Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ).

Yes, you will need a passport to travel to Dominican Republic. If you do not have a passport, we encourage you to apply for one TODAY!

Live Aqua Beach Resort Punta Cana is an adults-only resort.

All travelers are responsible for booking their own individual flights to Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) in Dominican Republic. Keep in mind that the airport is approximately 35-45 minutes away from the resort.
